Where clients are living in their home while the sale is taking place we provide a consulation based on best practices for creating a neutral, warm, spacious and inviting home for potential buyers.  This is based on years of experience in the Home Staging Industry and is likely to help buyers get the best return on their investment properties. When a listing is unoccupied we will provide a free staging estimate covering all costs associated with Styling/Staging a property. 

Creating a full of partial Styling/Staging installation with Furniture, Artwork and Accessories that best suite what potential buyers are looking for in a well laid out, functional and beautiful home.  Years of experience and access to fabulous inventory to create amazing spaces.  

Design Consultations are performed in a clients home/office to review floor plans, finishes and discuss Design goals and expectations.  This is an on site consult and does not include any follow up materials, floor plans or mood boards. 

A Contract is the first point of action taken with a client to engage and proceed with the Design Process.  A Deposit is collected and the Designer will proceed  with the  Scope of Work, Floor Plans, All Drawings necessary for Permits and or Design Concepts, Finishes, Specifications on Products and Materials. 

This can be achieved with or without the client.  The Designer can source and purchase with approval from the client.  Special orders require written approval and Designer can arrange for Delivery and Installation and Styling.
